Michael Wu works in Artistic Tile's client services department. He has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University. Prior to joining the company, he spent five years working in the decorating apparel industry. He makes sure to assist the clients and help them find the right products and services needed. Daniel Nunez

A native of Panama City, Panama, Daniel Nunez is a licensed commercial pilot with a passion for business and digital marketing. After earning his pilot certifications in the U.S., he transitioned into the corporate world, later moving to Poland to complete a degree in Digital Marketing and Sales Management. An instructor in Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), he is pioneering Panama’s first HEMA club. Brent Crossman

Brent Crossman built a career at the intersection of business and design. After earning his business degree from NYU and later studying at F.I.T., he spent 12 years working at Ralph Lauren before life took him to Panama in 2011. A proud New Yorker and keen observer of history, he carries the city’s influence wherever he goes. Now with Artistic Tile, he’s embracing this next chapter with enthusiasm. Born in Chitré and raised in Panama City, Jose Gomez blends business expertise with a passion for problem-solving. With experience at companies like HP, Dell, and Grainger, he’s honed his skills in customer service, sourcing, and negotiation. A former entrepreneur, he once ran a business building high-end workstations for professionals. Kayi Zhang

Kayi Zhang joins the Client Services team as a Data Entry Specialist, where she is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and precision in all data processes. She brings over three years of experience in retail management and sales, which have honed her organizational skills and attention to detail. Abdul Sugasti is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the outsourcing industry. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of roles — including Sales Representative, Supervisor, and Training Manager — supporting major clients such as Sprint, T-Mobile, and Dish Network. Known for his strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and deep industry expertise, Abdul has consistently driven team performance and delivered outstanding customer experiences. Outside of work, Abdul enjoys spending quality time with his family, reading, and watching football. He is also a dedicated fan of chicken wings and chicken bowls, his favorite comfort meals. Francisco Rubio has experience in both IT and customer service, delivering friendly, results-driven support.
