Custom Helios Dressing Room

Designer Tiffany Skilling envisioned a whole world for the 2025 Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York, fashioning a large room and dual-entry bathroom into an opulent retreat for getting bathed and beautified. The Dressing Story pays homage to Art Nouveau style in a pink and green palette with touches of eggplant and gold. Skilling chose a Tailored To Custom Helios Mosaic floor in Rosa Perlino and Ming Classico, its ornamental motif reminiscent of a floral pattern. The pink and light green of the marble carry into the blooms and leaves of the wallpaper, and Helios’ twisting lines give the room a sense of gentle movement.
