A:There are a wide variety of ceramic tile cleaners on the market. Make sure that whatever you choose is compatible with the product that you have in your installation.

Q: Should crackle tiles be sealed?
A:Artistic Tile recommends the sealing of all crackle glazed tiles.

Q: I want to use your Frameworks Tear field tile in my bathroom. How can I detail a mirror?
A:You have two options. One being an irregular shape, where the tear field tiles create your mirror edge. This can be challenging for your glazier to cut. The second option involves a rectangular version, utilizing our various trim pieces. A tear sheet detailing this mirror option is available.

Q: What is bicottura tile?
A:Tile produced via a double firing process where the raw clay tile is first fired, then glazed, then re-fired.

Q: What is triple fire tile?
A:Tile produced via a triple firing process where the raw clay tile is first fired, then glazed, then re-fired, and then glazed and fired once more. Artistic Tile's South Sea Pearl Collection is a rare example of a triple fire tile.
