Q: Do I need an architect or interior designer with me to visit an Artistic Tile showroom?
A:No, you do not. We are happy to walk any homeowner through the process and our highly trained design associates will make the process easy.

Q: Are your products available in alternate sizes/finishes?
A:Absolutely. A tremendous variety of formats are available on a special order basis directly from our factories. Minimum order requirements and lead times vary by product line. We are also very proud to offer "tailored to" capabilities, whereby we can produce smaller size field tile and mosaic options to meet your needs, typically within a two week turn-around.

Q: Do you have any LEED products?
A: Artistic Tile offers a number of products that may contribute to LEED certification, including porcelain, ceramic and glass produced using environmentally sensitive methods, as well as natural stone quarried within North America. Please consult our website for updated information on this quick evolving topic.

Q: Does Artistic Tile charge a restocking fee?
A:We do not charge a restock on Artistic Tile product, but may do so on outside vendor. Please check with your sales associate.
